It’s an honor to be here. As the Chairman and Co-Founder of Free Now Foundation, I’d like to use this page to briefly explain our ongoing legal efforts to stop the incredible overreach that has occurred over the last three years under guise of a response to COVID-19, and that continues to be pushed by overreaching governmental officials at both the state and local levels, in order to remove medical choice, informed consent, and representative democracy throughout this state.
Free Now Foundation, which originally operated as the California Chapter of Children’s Health Defense but is now a fully independent 501c3 non-profit, has been informing families about their fundamental legal rights, providing self-help legal resources to oppose unlawful school and employment jab and mask requirements, and engaging in strategic lawsuits to challenge the illegal mandates in California, which has been among the most restrictive in the country, since early 2020. We have aggressively pursued lawsuits against rogue school districts that tried to force experimental injections onto our children and that implemented harmful masking, testing, and quarantining policies, and we have also sued county boards of supervisors to compel these local governing bodies to comply with their statutory duties to review local conditions and hold public meetings in order to keep declared “emergencies” in place.
We will continue with these critical lawsuits and will also continue to consider other meritorious actions that will help to protect our children and restore freedom, sanity, and the right to participate in our own affairs. But we really need your help. Below is a summary of our current legal actions, along with some key legal documents in each case.
Alix Mayer is Chairman and co-founder of Free Now Foundation, since April 2023. In the 1990s, at the age of 29, Alix ran a worldwide research group at Apple until the Hepatitis B vaccine physically disabled her and gave her brain damage. She calls her decades-long disability her “Runner-up Darwin Award” for not researching vaccines prior to rolling up her sleeve. After gaining a substantial recovery, she worked as a health consultant for a decade, before retiring and volunteering 100% of her time to serve on the Board at Children’s Health Defense and co-found the California Chapter of CHD, where she served as Board Chairman.
Alix’s presentation on the creation of the fake “Supra-emergency” to suspend our Bill of Rights during lockdowns was recognized by Dr. Mercola as one of his “Best of 2022” interviews. She has also been interviewed by Steve Kirsch, Steve Bannon, Mike Adams of Natural News, and many others. She speaks regularly, including on Clay Clark’s Re-Awaken America tour, Defeat the Mandates LA, COVIDCON, and at many rallies and protests.
Alix grew up in the Oscar Mayer family. She is a graduate of Duke University (BA) and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
