Support our Strategic Litigation Initiatives

Free Now Foundation is the leading medical freedom law non-profit in California with cases that aim to end mandates and – while we still have mandates – expand exemptions. We will also file a case to put an end to hospital homicides.

We add cases as funding allows, and rely 100% on donations to make this work happen. Free Now Foundation relies on the contributions of supporters like you to fund legal battles, including legal fees, and court costs.

We are running a petition urging public officials to pressure Governor Newsom to Make Vaccination Voluntary Again
Please sign & share.

We will soon launch monthly Parental Powerhouse Parties (PPPs) to help parents-to-be, expectant parents, and young parents stand firm in any medical system encounter. The PPPs will help everyone navigate options and exemptions within the complex vaccination scheme in California, created by SB277, SB276 and AB144. Please consider donating to our legal fund.
