NEW Medical Exemption Suit Progress Toward Goal
Our newest lawsuit challenges the lack of medical vaccine exemptions in California. Ever since SB 276 passed in 2019, doctors' hands have been tied and virtually no medical exemptions have been written.

A Letter From Our Chairman:

Free Now Foundation is thrilled to consider a new case in California! With your help, we aim to bring back the legitimate vaccine medical exemption for vulnerable students to attend school in California.

We are in a dire situation. Since 2020, California children must receive 21 doses of ten vaccines to attend school in California.

No exceptions. No way forward until now.

California kids face de facto compulsory vaccination with zero liability for the State, school administrators, or the Department of Public Health (DPH.) And, of course, no liability for manufacturers.

Vaccines disabled me and gave me brain damage when I was an adult working as an executive in high tech. I’ve spent the past 28 years seeking recovery.

Vaccines can do the same, and worse, to children. How many disabled children are acceptable to “protect the herd?”

Who pays the enormous out-of-pocket expense and cares for vaccine-injured children? Families, not the State.

Who knows if a child has a high chance of being injured by a vaccine? Parents. Doctors.

But parents and doctors have no voice in California.

Sure, the law makes it look like there are exemptions for legitimate medical reasons, but in practice, every avenue to get a medical exemption is merely a “head fake.”

This has driven families to home-school, the only way to avoid vaccination for children who would normally be granted a medical exemption. It has forced families out of state, leaving jobs and abandoning grandparents in California – they don’t get to see their grandkids unless they get on a plane.

Isn’t it time we brought back the medical exemption in California? Won’t you help us today? Some generous donors have given $47K to help us toward our fundraising goal of $300K. They are banking on you to get us there. We still have money left in our matching campaign, please help us take full advantage of that. Your donations will be matched up to $29K!! We need to raise the full amount by April 30th. It’s daunting, but we can do it with your support.

Donors are the lifeblood of our organization. We cannot thank you enough for supporting this critical legal work in California for the past 4 years.

To our freedom,
