The Peggy Hall vs. Orange County Board of Supervisors (OCBOS) case has just received a tentative “moot” ruling, despite massive evidence that upholds allegations of fraud and corruption on behalf of the OCBOS for prolonging a state of emergency for the purposes of financially benefiting from Federal COVID monies. This tentative ruling implies that because the “State of Emergency” is no longer, our case is no longer relevant. They want us to forget everything they did to us.
People were locked in their homes. “Non-essential” businesses were forced to close. Schools went “remote” for years on end. Vaccines were coerced on vast members of the public, including schoolchildren. Vaccine Passport cities became a hideous reality in California. Life forever changed due to California government overreach and elected officials’ total disregard of existing law.
What is truly criminal here in this ruling is that the judge is denying us our day in court based on the merits of the case. This case is being thrown out for bogus reasons – essentially saying the crime is over, so what’s the problem? But what this is really doing is setting the stage to allow this tyranny to happen again. They don’t want to set precedent. They don’t want any limits for next time.
We filed this case YEARS ago – in September 2021. But after an initial favorable ruling in 2022, the initial judge mysteriously recused himself – and our case got bounced for months, then years. Our case has gone through four judges, incurring significant delays each time a new judge was assigned. The case finally landed with a Judge who purposely delayed the court hearings to enable the bad government actors to run out the emergency clock – and then claim that the whole case was moot. But this isn’t how “justice” is supposed to work.
Take Action Now!
With this ruling, the OC BOS has now gotten the message that they can break the law without any consequences. That they can make decisions about “emergencies” behind closed doors and they can keep their citizens under prolonged states of emergency so that they can personally benefit financially from “emergency” monies while their citizens lose their jobs, their educations, their bodily autonomy, and their rights as citizens.
We cannot take this sitting down. Instead, we need a MASSIVE public outcry to show that what they did to the people of Orange County was NOT OK and will not be tolerated. Will you help us and voice YOUR opinion by calling the OC Board of Supervisors and telling them that they violated the emergency laws and oaths of office?
People were up in arms in 2020. Everyone wanted to help. We went to rallies, organized protests, and sent letters of Brown Act violations to Boards of Supervisors and School Boards. Because the emergency is over, people want to go back to their lives, and we understand.
But if we don’t push forward and set precedent, it will happen again. This is just a lull in the storm. Unless you continue to seek actual justice for what happened under Guise of Covid, they’ll do it all again the very next chance they can. If we let the rampant corruption in the OC BOS continue, we face yet another lockdown. Climate lockdown emergency, anyone? Or Disease X emergency lockdown?
We are asking you to call the OC Board of Supervisors and express YOUR opinion. Their actions are an absolute disgrace. They have NOT done the right thing and are showing blatant disregard for the law. They are avoiding their obligations. They’re setting the stage to act unlawfully in the future. They’re showing us that they do NOT represent their constituents.

This action by Orange County Foard of Supervisors was wrong, and so is the judge for not allowing this case to go forward. We are setting ourselves up for totalitarianism in the future if we do not continue to fight on all levels.
THank you, Bruce!
