Most Americans enter a hospital in an emergency or serious situation without understanding how a hospital operates, or even knowing the rights to which they are entitled. The hospital does NOT take the time to educate the patient and the patient’s advocate. The best time to educate yourself and prepare is before you are in a situation that forces you into a hospital.

PREPARE NOW!

These simple steps could save your life!

Most Americans are not aware that hospital dynamics have changed drastically since the onset of COVID. Hospitals require constant COVID testing no matter the reason you entered the hospital.  These tests have been proven unreliable and therefore you could end up being treated for COVID even though you have no symptoms.

Hospitals are reaping outrageous profits by implementing every COVID protocol available. Keep in mind that doctors are forced by the hospital to strictly adhere to COVID protocols even if the patient’s health is jeopardized.

Preparation and Knowledge will ensure the best possible outcome. Utilize the information provided below to prepare now.

THREE IMPORTANT STEPS!

Survival Tips From a Former Major Hospital System Administrator

Step 1: Read these step-by-step tips and share them.
The more everyone is aware of patients’ rights, how to be proactive before entering the hospital and hospital tactics to avoid, the more lives will be saved.

Step 2: Download, complete and notarize these documents for your records:

Medical Power of Attorney
Directive For My Care
Ethics Consult For Legally Authorized Decision Maker
Ethics Consult If It Is The Patient Who Requests

These forms, along with others, may be found on Protocol Kills: Hospital Survival Tips.

Step 3: To better understand hospital systems, watch and share the informational CHD TV episode, which aired on Dec. 7, 2022.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Ethics Committee Consult Form

1. What is this new Ethics Committee Consult Form and why is it helpful and effective?

Terrible tactics are being used to coerce, deceive and deny patients’ rights due to hospital protocols monetizing deaths. The Ethics Committee Consult form addresses the following tactic: hospital staff intentionally denying communication between the patient and the ONLY person who can write orders or alter treatment — the attending physician. Specifically, the Medical Association Code of Medical Ethics Opinion states that decision making should respect the participants’ values, concerns and interests.

Communication issues with the physician are grounds to request the Ethics Committee Consult.

Oftentimes, to the detriment of the patient, the staff will first send to the patient a Patient Advocate, who works for the hospital and its protocols. Then, they will send the patient to a Risk Manager, who may or may not be a nurse, or they might even get the patient to talk to the Chief Nursing Officer or CEO. However, none of these people can write orders for the patient or direct the patient’s treatment. Valuable and precious time is wasted when a patient does not directly assert his/her rights to the ECC.  Asserting your rights to the EEC immediately and effectively secures their attention.

2. Why does the Ethics Committee Consult (ECC) work in conjunction with the Power of Attorney (POA) & Medical Directives Forms?

Often the POA requests the Ethics Committee Consult and attends the meeting on behalf of the patient,  who may be incapable of speaking  for his or her self. The Medical Directives forms accompanies the POA to articulate which treatment to which directives the patient does or does not consent.

3. What happens if the Ethics Committee Consult (ECC) results in the hospital STILL not listening to the POA on behalf of the patient?

The POA and the Patient have every right to leave the hospital and receive treatment elsewhere. Many have no idea that the patient or POA has the right to request initiation of a transfer to a different hospital to find a treating physician and hospital with whom they feel comfortable. Sometimes, an outside case management service can help facilitate a transfer if the patient or POA is having difficulty getting the hospital case manager to prioritize the patient transfer. This is where getting help from the Hospital Hostage Helpline is crucial also.

Hospital C*19 Tactics To Avoid – Quote is from Greta Crawford, Founder of Protocol Kills

“Upon arrival to the hospital (for any reason) the patient is tested repeatedly until a positive result comes back. After this, the patient is completely separated from the family member or advocate due to contagion. From there, the hospital moves quickly to administer the protocol without giving the patient or family any information or informed consent. The patient is given lethal EUA drugs such as Remdesivir (Veklury) and Baricitinib which cause a multitude of problems including organ failure, and filling the lungs with fluid (Pulmonary Edema). Doctors push for the patients or advocates to sign a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) and also tell the patients or advocates they cannot leave the hospital although it is known that patients can leave against medical advice (AMA). Within days of being admitted, the patient is convinced to be put on a ventilator, usually scared for his/her life by the doctor even though O2 levels can be as high as 95%. Doctors are claiming that patients need to give their lungs a “rest” even though there is approximately a 10% chance that the patient will never get off of the ventilator. The doctors and nurses then give drugs such as Fentanyl, Percedex, Lorazepam, and Morphine, as they see needed for comfort, all which further suppress breathing. Patients are also given the strongest antibiotics like Vancomycin to prevent infections caused by the vent, however these drugs can lower the bodies natural immune response. Some patients are even denied food and hydration and all this comes to a point where their bodies cannot handle such an assault and the patient passes away. Finally the family member, considered contagious just hours before, is allowed to come in the hospital a see their deceased loved one. No one should die like this, take authority of your health care by understanding your rights.”
