This bill would allow wireless companies to intentionally dump dozens of antenna applications on local governments at once, requiring local agencies to process and approve them according to established FCC shot clocks.  In order to meet the shot clock deadlines, applications will automatically be deemed approved.  This bill if passed would drive more wireless 5G which means more small cell antennas close to people’s homes whether they subscribe or not.
