In its scathing January 2025 report on the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, the Florida Grand Jury highlights systemic failures, regulatory lapses, and corporate greed. While the grand jury found “no direct evidence” of criminality, it opens up the door for further questioning of our legal and regulatory systems and processes.

“(N)ot finding any indictable criminal activity does not mean we did not find any problems. On the contrary, there are profound and serious issues involving the process of vaccine development and safety surveillance in the United States,” the grand jury wrote in its final report. — The Associated Press

While no indictments were made, the report exposes a clear betrayal of public trust.

Among Pharma’s many egregious acts, the report underscores how companies sidelined safety concerns, manipulated data to maximize profits, and relied on taxpayer dollars to fund a vaccine rollout that overwhelmingly benefited Pfizer and Moderna. Thousands suffering severe side effects from these gene therapies marketed as vaccines. These products utterly failed to deliver on their promises of broad, long-lasting protection and left the United States government footing the bill.

Key Findings: Regulatory Failures and Silencing Dissent

The government weaponized public messaging, stifling critical thinking and pressuring the public into compliance—at the expense of citizens and to the benefit of corporations.

During the COVID- years, ALL dissent was systematically silenced. Respected voices in the scientific community who questioned the narrative faced career-destroying repercussions and public humiliation. Scientists and lawyers lost their jobs and medical doctors were stripped of their licenses to practice medicine. Concurrently, individuals who were aligned with Big Pharma’s agenda promoted flawed research.

Simultaneously, the report notes that federal regulators failed at doing their jobs. Instead of pushing the vaccine companies to adhere to the law, federal regulators abandoned their duty as public watchdogs in favor of enabling corporate interests. Vaccine companies took advantage of this grievous affront and pretended that safety concerns were not an issue. Remember when the FDA had agreed to allow 75 years to pass before the Pfizer data was to be released? We the People had to sue the FDA to change this.

“A group of scientists and medical researchers sued the FDA under FOIA to force release of hundreds of thousands of documents related to licensing of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine. Media Complicity

The media’s powerful role in this saga is equally troubling. Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter amplified government-backed corporate narratives while suppressing dissent. Even private Facebook groups where individuals shared personal stories of vaccine side effects were targeted for deletion.

In a truly Orwellian stint, NPR and the NYT, amongst others, celebrated Facebook’s denigration and silencing of the “Disinformation Dozen.”

Rather than fostering open discourse, free speech was sacrificed in favor of shallow, misleading messaging. Repeated ad infinitum, the mantra “safe and effective” became a mind-control technique. Manufacturing irregularities, such as DNA contamination, the claims of  efficacy as “long-lasting,” and the lack of safety trials  were not disclosed, further eroding public trust.

To the benefit of all in the medical freedom movement, public trust in institutions has hit record lows and people are OPEN to information and questioning the narrative. Regular folks are starting to realize how deeply pharmaceutical companies control the media narrative and sponsor the information we are given as “truth.” People are upset that our taxpayer dollars funded vaccine development, yet profits went overwhelmingly to corporations with little accountability.

The Grand Jury’s inability to uncover direct evidence of criminal fraud is not an exoneration; it underscores how thoroughly systems of accountability have been dismantled, and public trust may never fully recover.
