US States Sue Pfizer and Seek to Ban mRNA Vaccine Technology

In June, 2024, five states initiated lawsuits against Pfizer, challenging the safety and transparency of mRNA-based injections. To our knowledge, all of these lawsuits are still ongoing. 

As of March 2025, eight states are considering legislation to ban mRNA technology as a “vaccine.” These states include:

• Kentucky
• Montana
• Washington
• Idaho
• Texas
• Iowa
• Tennessee
• South Carolina

• Florida has taken the stance of allowing mRNA vaccines, with “Florida’s Surgeon General, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, [issuing] guidance discouraging or recommending against the use of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines for certain groups.” 
  

According to epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher of the McCullough Foundation: “A critical mass will soon be reached, forcing the federal government to follow suit.” (CHD)

The possibility of a nationwide mRNA vaccine ban is no longer just speculation. Even The Daily Mail has acknowledged the growing skepticism at the highest levels of government, reporting that Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, recently nominated to lead the National Institutes of Health (NIH), has backed a petition to pause and retest mRNA vaccines.

CDPH Whistleblower & Vaccine Injured Citizen Aim to Reach All 58 Counties in CA

While some states are pursuing statewide bans, some informed Californians are fighting at the county level to ban mRNA shots via a Resolution. In a movement gaining traction, California Department of Public Health whistleblower Ronald Owens and COVID shot-injured citizen Julie Threet are traveling county to county.

Owens authored Muzzled Truth about his experience questioning the response to COVID-19. The book highlights his efforts to inform CDPH senior leadership about the potential of properly dosed ivermectin. It also exposes Secretary Xavier Becerra’s shocking statement on vaccine risks, revealing how CDPH management suppressed the truth.

Ms. Threet has appeared in 14 Counties a total of 57 times: Butte (41x), Santa Clara (2x), Shasta (2x), Glenn (2x), Colusa, Tehama, Marin, Nevada, Plumas, Sacramento, Lake, Yuba, Sutter and Monterey. Mr. Owens has spoken during the public comment period at 23 California Board of Supervisor (BOS) meetings.

mRNA Vaccines Cause Cancer & Can Cure it Too?

Even as states and citizens push back against mRNA vaccines, President Trump touted the promise of mRNA vaccines for cancer, curiously featuring tech billionaire Larry Ellison at a press conference. With the help of AI, these mRNA cancer vaccines could be customized within 48 hours of taking a sample from an affected person. This is beyond alarming when the weight of the evidence on COVID shots shows the mRNA platform causes cancer. It seems our consent is being manufactured for construction of the electric infrastructure, which will be needed to power an AI-controlled future.
