We’re taking our fight for medical freedom straight to Governor Newsom and to the courtroom. Join us as we deliver thousands of petition signatures and stand together at a pivotal hearing that could shape the future of vaccine mandates in California.

1. Visit Newsom with Us

The petition to Newsom to Make Vaccination Voluntary Again in California has been signed by 2,300! If you haven’t signed yet, please do it today so we can make a big early statement to Newsom.

Join us in Sacramento when we visit Newsom to deliver this first tranche of signed petitions. (See map above for meet-up location.)

Every time someone signs, we notify Newsom and eight public officials that Newsom’s mandatory vaccine scheme is destroying the health of our children. It’s critical that officials know just how dire the situation is in California — from U.S. Congressman Kevin Kiley to HHS Head Robert F. Kennedy Jr., to Harmeet Dhillon, the Assistant AG for Civil Rights at the DOJ.

We will follow up with each of these officials, once the campaign has alerted them to the fact that mandatory vaccines are a main driver of the health crisis in California’s children, from SIDS to autism to chronic health issues.

2. Then Attend a Court Hearing to End Vaccine Mandates

Our August 21 hearing has been cancelled. Once we are assigned a new date, please join us at the Capitol, where Judge Calabretta will consider whether or not to allow California to continue to its de facto vaccine mandates which harm so many of California’s vulnerable children.

This case is certain to go up to the Ninth Circuit on appeal and could eventually be heard by the Supreme Court to decide the power of the government to mandate vaccines and other medical treatments that are harmful and even lethal, especially to children.
