Free Now Foundation’s Upward Trajectory (Despite Missing Event Fundraising Goal)
While we did not meet our fundraising goal, falling short by a significant amount, Free Now Foundation’s momentum and upward trajectory is palpable. People are taking notice of our increased presence on social media, our hard-hitting articles, and our growing legal portfolio.
Whether or not you attended the event, please consider us in your end-of-year giving this year to propel us to victory and uphold our Constitutional rights to parent our children, to have bodily autonomy, and a right to due process.
Cases to Cement Your Rights
Our future includes a landmark case to end mandates. It now has a better chance of success given a recent order from the Supreme Court in a related parental rights case.
Our ADA Waiver case — which would expand exemptions to those with ADA disabilities while we still have mandates — was filed last Friday after more than a year of intensive legal work to craft the case and find the right plaintiff.
Our case seeking justice for a bereaved mother who lost her daughter to experimental and cruel hospital protocols in 2021 seeks to curb policies that result in hospital homicide.
We add more cases as funding allows. Many are under consideration.

The Alix Mayer Show will bring you interviews with medical freedom thought leaders, and allow the vaccine-injured to tell their stories.
The Parental Powerhouse Series will focus on maximizing parental authority in all medical encounters to protect children from unwanted procedures – especially vaccination if it’s not wanted – while minimizing the possibility of threatening situations.
Nicole Pearson, joined by Rita Barnett-Rose and Jessica Barsotti, will host the new Legal Warriors Club Show to keep you abreast of all litigation and legislative developments in California.

In 1996, Ms. Mayer was running a worldwide research group for Apple Inc., when she got 6 vaccines for a vacation and became disabled, brain damaged and lost her career. Now substantially recovered, she is Board Chair & President of Free Now Foundation, the leading medical freedom law non-profit in California.
Ms. Mayer is an in-demand speaker, and her lively presentations on 1/ The Measles Manipulation of RFK Jr., 2/ REAL ID: Weaponized Architecture, 3/ ABV: Anything But Vaccines and 4/ The Legal Howdunit of COVID have earned her recognition and accolades. "I know women in VP positions who do not hold a candle to this woman's sunlight," stated a commenter on a recent interview with Mike Adams, "She gives me hope that humanity still lives."
Ms. Mayer formerly served on the Children's Health Defense (CHD) board, co-founded & served as Chairman of CHD’s most successful Chapter in California, helping raise in excess of $5M, and served on RFK Jr’s Presidential campaign finance committee, raising hundreds of thousands for the campaign.
In 2022, she won the Golden Bear Award and a presentation she gave to Dr. Mercola was named a "Best of" interview. Her favorite award is her "Freedominator" Rock given by Marin Freedom Rising in 2023. Ms. Mayer grew up in the Oscar Mayer family, and has degrees from Duke (BA) and Northwestern (MBA.)
