FREE Now Foundation fights for OUR rights at the Capitol, in the courts, and on the streets!
Free Now Foundation Ambassador, Jill Hawkins, also of Santa Monica Freedom, organized a powerful presence at the annual Santa Monica Fourth of July Parade. Flanked by volunteers on all sides, and our very-own Executive Director, Denise Young, Free Now Foundation educated the public about the importance of protecting our freedoms; including our parental rights, our right to medical health freedom, and our Constitutionally-guaranteed civil rights.
Our hard-fought freedoms are in jeopardy right now!
The California legislature continues introducing bad bills that aim to strip a parent’s direct involvement in their child’s mental health: some even propose the possibility of removing a child from the family home.
Editorial Update:
Free Now Foundation has our eyes on AB 957, a dangerous bill sailing through the State Legislature. If passed, AB 957 would enact “a consideration of a parent’s acceptance of their child’s affirmed gender as part of the health, safety and welfare of a child,” and therefore, as part of a custody arrangement.
Free Now Foundation does NOT support bills like AB 957, which further strip parental rights by creating the possibility for a judge to deny custody to any parent who dares question their child’s gender identity.
Please help us stop dangerous bills like AB 957. We are proud to be a leading voice in the fight to maintain our civil liberties and personal freedoms in California and across the United States.
Please consider DONATING to help fund our lawsuits.

This was an amazing DAY in the Santa Monica 4th of July Parade because the Parade official announcement said “Freedom from Mandates” as they introduced us over the speakers. This caught many parade watchers attention and clapping ensued on the side lines in agreement that Medical Freedom is indeed an American right!
Celebrating 4th of July by honoring “FREEDOM” in its many forms, in the U.S.A. is truly an honor, we could not do this currently in many other places in the world! Freedom is worth fighting for!
Jill, our W.LA Ambassador made 10 posters that were the Bill of Rights from 1st Amendment to the 10th!!!!! The volunteers marched together with the signs over their heads, arms straight up, the Pilars of our Freedoms for all to read! Teachers marched with us holding signs demanding “LAUSD re-hire staff and teacher” and “Teachers for Medical Freedom”, God loving volunteers held signs reading “In God we Trust” and “Freedom of Religion”, doctors marched with us holding sighs reading “Doctors for Medical Freedom” and still others held signs showing loved ones injured from the injections with “react19.org” and last were the signs with Parents reading “Parents for Medical Freedom”.
