It’s an honor to be here. As the Chairman and Co-Founder of Free Now Foundation, I’d like to use this page to briefly explain our ongoing legal efforts to stop the incredible overreach that has occurred over the last three years under guise of a response to COVID-19, and that continues to be pushed by overreaching governmental officials at both the state and local levels, in order to remove medical choice, informed consent, and representative democracy throughout this state. Free Now Foundation, which originally operated as the California Chapter of Children’s Health Defense but is now a fully independent 501c3 non-profit, has been informing families about their fundamental legal rights, providing self-help legal resources to oppose unlawful school and employment jab and mask requirements, and engaging in strategic lawsuits to challenge the illegal mandates in California, which has been among the most restrictive in the country, since early 2020. We have aggressively pursued lawsuits against rogue school districts that tried to force experimental injections onto our children and that implemented harmful masking, testing, and quarantining policies, and we have also sued county boards of supervisors to compel these local governing bodies to comply with their statutory duties to review local conditions and hold public meetings in order to keep declared “emergencies” in place. We will continue with these critical lawsuits and will also continue to consider other meritorious actions that will help to protect our children and restore freedom, sanity, and the right to participate in our own affairs.
