Something remarkable is happening — and not by accident. Free Now Foundation is so over target with our medical freedom legal work that we are experiencing massive censorship on email, social media, on our Newsom petition, and even text messages.

Instagram Restricted Free Now & Kept Our Funds

In contrast to most of our social media posts which don’t get a ton of traction, our latest Instagram post has officially gone viral:
– Over 82,000 views
– 92% from non-followers
– 52,000+ accounts reached
– 3,200+ shares and over 5,500 interactions

That means our message is breaking through the algorithmic walls that have kept medical freedom voices contained for years. People are hungry for transparency, and they’re finding us — organically.

But just as this momentum grows, the familiar shadow appears: censorship.
Instagram prompted us to “boost” the very post that’s resonating so widely, yet the moment we tried, we were told our account is “restricted.” No explanation. No appeal. Just another invisible barrier when truth starts spreading too far, too fast.

This came on the heels of setting a budget to promote a post last month, only to find that Instagram did not approve the post, and decided to keep our funds! Luckily our great accounting department got the credit card company to refund us after Instagram refused.

Email Delivery Throttled

And it’s not just social media. Our email delivery rate has suddenly dropped by more than two-thirds. Messages that once reached tens of thousands of inboxes are now vanishing into spam filters or being blocked outright – showing up in a new non-box we are calling the Email Bermuda Triangle.

Even Text Messages Can Now Come with Spam Warning Messages

A supporter sent us this screenshot today. His phone provider labeled as spam our text message about our December 6th holiday fundraiser! We’ve never seen a warning over a text message – until now.

Despite this, our reach continues to grow – because of you. Every like, comment, share, and forward helps push truth past the censors.

This makes us wonder, what are they afraid of?! We are using the courts to ask judges what is lawful or not. Does that need censorship?
