Preliminary Injunction Hearing in Case Against State of CA: Newsom, Aragon and Thurmond

Free Now Foundation sued the State of California to stop vaccine mandates for 800,000 special education students in California. To prevent harm to these children while the case proceeds through the courts, our attorney Dr. Richard Fox filed a motion to immediately halt vaccine mandates based on federal statute.
In civil matters, a plaintiff can ask the court to use its power to order an injunction—to require the defendant to stop a specific action—even before the conclusion of the case. Based on the possibility of irreparable harm, Dr. Fox will argue before the court that missing “essential special education services” would leave children vulnerable if their parents refuse “coercive immunization policies” and would be a breach of the federal Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”).
