Alix Mayer, Chairman of Free Now Foundation, talks to The Epoch Times about the severity of side-effects experienced by one Santa Clara University student and how she was DENIED a medical exemption.
“She was urinating blood. She was numb from the waist down…She was sick for months & she still has medical problems to this day. Yet she was denied a medical exemption.” — Alix Mayer
Free Now Foundation attended FreedomFest last week.
Chairman Alix Mayer spoke extensively about the dangers of a medicalized police state in California, citing our Santa Clara University (SCU) lawsuit as an example of one institution that refused to honor legitimate medical exemptions for their students. SCU’s tyrannical behavior resulted in students being dropped from the University with no refund for their already–paid–for tuition: they could not even attend classes remotely! It was only after our lawsuit was filed that their tuition fees were suddenly returned and medical exemptions were reviewed.
We are actively pursing this lawsuit because Santa Clara University is still requiring Covid-19 booster shots and because we need to hold them accountable for their behavior!
